Hi I haven’t posted in SO LONG! The best way to update old dresses are with new accessories. A skinny braided belt in a bright color for summer is good along with a patterned and light scarf. The green belt and blue scarf work because the dress is a neutral color and the colors are both from the same side of the color wheel so they don’t fight each other. xx.

old outfit post: I wore this a couple weeks ago but I thought I was worthy of reshooting. This is my new spiked necklace and it’s perfect. Spikes are so cool but sometime can be a little much and I really like the simplicity and versatility of this necklace. It also goes really well with my dads sweater :) xx. s/o to Megan Cartellone for taking my pic ily x.

Sorry I haven’t posting much, it’s hard to find inspiration in the winter when the world is dead and frozen over. Which got me thinking that if I act/dress with summer in mind winter will be over faster, right? Just find your favorite pieces from summer and make them work. Hence the tied up chambray shirt which is a personal summer essential. Being in a fashion rut is the worst and I’m seeing the light (hopefully the sun because I need summer). Thanks xx.
